Refund policy
We have a 14-day return/replacement policy for damaged products only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return/replacement, your item must be damaged, destroyed in someway that is not indicative of shipping issues. Personalized items are not eligible for return. If the package in which the product was in is damaged, please contact USPS.
If signed merchandise is being returned because it is no longer wanted, it will incur a 5% restocking fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at slaternic.47@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or the cost of shipping, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
- Products that are no longer wanted but are in perfect condition, including but not limited to sale items, discounts, etc.
- Custom products (if a custom product is damaged, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be given).
- Specialized/Personalized merch with a name (not just a signature)
- Gift Cards
Exchanges
Products that are not personalized are eligible for an exchange provided that:
- the item is in its original condition
- return shipping is paid by the consumer
- the difference in items will be paid by the consumer if the new item is higher (otherwise a refund will be issued for the difference).
- the exchange is initiated within 14 days of receiving the item and the exchange is received within 30 days.
For example: Item delivered 03/01; An Exchange must be initiated by 03/15 and the item must be returned by 03/31 to have the new item shipped out.
