S&H Policy

S&H Timing: Most orders ship out within 15 Business Days or Less (includes processing time). Larger orders or special edition items may take longer but are addressed on the specific product pages. Should shipping need to exceed 15 business days (i.e., out of stock, issues with 3rd party merchants,etc) communication will be sent.

Digital Orders: Processed immediately. You will receive an order number from the shop and second email from Bookfunnel with your purchases. Preorders, you will receive the second email when the ebook is published.

Refund Policy

Please review the following
terms carefully before making a purchase. All physical items are sent via media mail with tracking unless ineligible, or you choose a different option. Digital items are sent via email/bookfunnel.

1. General Eligibility

The following conditions must be met for a product to be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must not yet have been shipped or electronically, OR it has been received and is being returned in its original condition (unused, as it was sent to you). Digital items that have been received (ie after release date) are not eligible for a refund.
  • Personalized items (e.g., items customized with a name)
    are not eligible for refunds.
2. Return Window & Process
  • A return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
  • The returned product must be received by us within 60 days of the return being initiated.
  • The return will not be considered complete until the product has been received and inspected.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please email us at slaternic.47@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by us. However, once the returned item has been inspected, if it does not meet the return criteria outlined in this policy, no refund will be issued.

4. Product-Specific Policies

Stickers: Stickers are not eligible for a refund unless the order has not been received (e.g., lost in transit).

Special Editions, Limited Time Products, and Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Exception: If the product arrives damaged, a refund or
replacement may be issued.

Sale items that are specifically listed as damaged at the time of purchase are not returnable under any circumstances.

Preorder items may be refunded at any time before the preorder has been delivered. Once shipped or digitally delivered, standard return policies apply.

Ebooks that have been released and delivered are not eligible for refunds. Ebooks are eligible for a refund up until the day they are released or before you receive the item (whichever comes first).

 5. Bundles

Individual items within a bundle are not eligible for a separate refund. If you wish to return a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned together.

 6. Gift Purchases

Refunds for gift purchases will only be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method. If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, the refund will go to the person who placed the order.

 7. Duplicate or Accidental Orders

Duplicate or accidental orders are eligible for a full refund provided the order has not yet been shipped or electronically delivered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you place an order in error.

 8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:  

  • You wish to keep a product that arrived with defects rather than return it.
  • There are missing items within your order.
 9. Lost or Damaged in Transit

All purchases (with the exception of orders containing only stickers) are shipped with insurance. In the event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with you and the shipping service to recover the item and arrange a replacement order.

 10. Damaged Items & Proof

If you are requesting a refund or replacement due to damage, photos of the damaged item(s) are required to initiate the process. Please include clear images when contacting us.

Original Condition: Items must be returned in the condition they were sent, unused and with all original items intact.

11. Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. If a returned item is found to not meet the criteria upon inspection, no refund will be issued.

 12. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued purchases after changes have been posted constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
